This policy covers the 222-tech.com website, its enquiry form, and related website analytics. Client projects have separate privacy arrangements based on their actual data flows, providers, and contracts.

Information you provide: when you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, selected project category, and optional message.

Website usage data: the site currently has Google Analytics configured to measure pages viewed, referral source, device or browser type, approximate region, and button or form interactions. The site can also support Plausible Analytics when configured.

Enquiry records: a valid enquiry is stored as a lead record containing the form data, submission page, UTM campaign parameters, notification delivery status and, where technically available, a hashed network identifier, browser user agent, and referring page. This supports reliable follow-up, source attribution, duplicate-delivery prevention, and error investigation.

Technical and security data: hosting or network services may also generate IP address, timestamp, request path, error, and security logs to operate the site and address abuse.

Do not use the general enquiry form to send passwords, identity document numbers, payment details, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

We do not sell your personal data, and a single enquiry does not place you on an unrelated bulk-marketing list.

Enquiry data is first stored in the website database, then processed through the website host and email delivery service and sent to the inbox used to respond. When email delivery is correctly configured and available, the system also attempts to send your confirmation email. Google Analytics processes website usage data when pages load under Google’s terms and may use cookies or similar technologies; the site does not currently provide a separate analytics toggle. You can use browser settings or blocking tools to limit or clear cookies, although this may make aggregate statistics less accurate.

These providers access information only as needed to provide their respective services. They maintain their own privacy terms, security measures, and data locations.

Enquiries generally remain in the lead database and business email systems until follow-up is complete and for reasonable business-record, security, or legal needs. Analytics data is retained according to the configured period of the relevant provider.

Some cloud, email, or analytics providers may process data outside Hong Kong, where data protection rules may differ.

You may leave optional form fields blank, contact us directly by email, or use browser and provider opt-out controls to limit analytics. You may request access to or correction of personal data we hold. Deletion requests are handled subject to applicable law, security, and reasonable record-keeping needs.

We use technical and process measures proportionate to the website and the nature of the information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed risk-free. The site is intended for business use, is not directed to children, and does not knowingly solicit their data.
