01How are costs and timelines estimated?
The estimate depends on features, design, data preparation, integrations and testing. Share a current website, references or the features you need. We set out the development scope and schedule, alongside hosting, third-party services, AI usage and maintenance costs.
02Can we keep our existing website or system?
We can assess the platform, source code and available interfaces, then recommend additional features, connections or a partial rebuild. Any platform change is explained in relation to its technical condition and the project requirements.
03Will we receive the source code?
The handover scope for source code, design files, deployment information, account access and third-party licences is set out in the quotation and contract before development. We can also include requirements for your internal technical team or chosen hosting environment.
04What does maintenance include?
It can cover troubleshooting, system updates, backups and content or feature changes. Support hours, response arrangements and fees are agreed for the project. New development is listed separately from routine maintenance.
05Which AI features can I try on this website?
The AI project advisor uses Grok to discuss your project and can generate an example enquiry interface and a requirements brief. The sample form works only on this page; it does not submit enquiries, make bookings or connect to business systems. The character film is pre-generated AI animation, without live lip sync. Document search and other integrations require custom development.
06How are AI answers and data handled?
This site sends the conversation to xAI after your consent. Please do not enter sensitive information. A client project defines permitted data, access and external services, and tests sources, missing information and human review. AI can make mistakes, so checking and follow-up arrangements are designed for the intended use.
