AI customer assistants

A custom assistant for your website that answers common questions from approved product and service information, collects enquiries and prepares summaries for your team.

  • Answer common questions
  • Collect service enquiries
  • Prepare staff handover summaries

Which enquiries can an assistant handle?

Consider an assistant when customers repeatedly ask about services, application steps or required documents, or when staff need the same background before quoting. Start with a defined enquiry type, approved answers and clear points for staff involvement.

We offer commercial split-system air-conditioner cleaning. Our team will need to confirm Saturday availability. Which date would you prefer? I will include the location and number of units in your enquiry.

What does a custom project include?

01

Business content sources

Organise approved service descriptions, product information, documents and common questions into content the AI can search. Define how it is updated and what the assistant may use.

02

A website chat interface

Build a branded, mobile-friendly chat interface for questions, enquiry collection and staff referral. Design it to use the context customers have already provided.

03

Enquiry summaries and staff handover

Summarise customer needs, known background and outstanding questions. Define how staff receive and follow up on enquiries, with email, CRM or administration integrations included where required.

04

Website integration and handover

Add the assistant to the agreed website locations, test answers and interactions, deploy it, and provide content-update and administration guidance.

The proposal defines content sources, languages, the interface, integrations and acceptance requirements. The delivered system is built to that agreed scope.

Add it to your existing website

Adding an assistant usually does not require a complete website rebuild. We first review your platform, installation options and access. A new website, member features or administration system can be planned alongside it if needed.

Information for an initial assessment

  • Your website and product or service information
  • Common customer questions and your current answers
  • The types of enquiries you want the AI to handle
  • How staff receive and follow up on enquiries today

Content, development and launch

  1. 01

    Confirm content and scope

Choose the initial questions and enquiry types. Review content sources and specify the interface, staff handover and integrations.

  2. 02

Build and test with your team

Develop the chat interface and content retrieval. Test common questions, missing information and out-of-scope requests, then have staff review the experience and summaries.

  3. 03

    Approve and deploy

Complete the agreed tests and add the assistant to your website. Hand over content updates and administration, with model usage, maintenance and support arrangements confirmed.

What do we check before launch?

  • Whether answers match approved content and acknowledge missing information
  • Whether summaries preserve customer requests and separate known facts from open questions
  • Whether mobile chat, data transfer and staff handover complete the agreed workflow

Questions about development

Can we start before our content is fully organised?

Yes. Share your website, existing documents and common questions. We will identify usable content and gaps, then agree the content work and development scope. You do not need a complete conversation script.

What happens when the AI cannot answer?

We design responses for missing information, out-of-scope questions and matters requiring staff judgement. These may ask for clarification, acknowledge uncertainty or refer the customer to staff. We test these cases before launch; answers also need review as content and usage change.

Can it connect to a CRM, quotation or booking system?

These connections can be assessed separately. We first check available APIs, data and permissions, then specify what the assistant may read or write and where staff confirmation is needed. The homepage demo has none of these integrations.

Can it use voice or a digital human?

Voice and digital human interfaces can be assessed for the devices, interaction style and budget required. This website generates text replies in real time; the character clip in the chat window is pre-generated AI animation.

How are the cost and schedule calculated?

They depend on content volume, languages, conversation features, interface design and integrations. The proposal lists delivery stages and required inputs, separating development fees from model usage, hosting, third-party tools and maintenance.

Where are conversations sent?

The homepage demo sends conversations to xAI after you give consent. Client projects define the model provider, data use, access and retention, with these arrangements explained in the interface and privacy information.

Enquire about an AI customer assistant

Share your website and a few common customer questions. We will review the content, chat features and staff follow-up you need, then confirm the information required to scope and quote the project.
